Tineco Vacuum Cleaners Comparison Chart

Updated: Nov 20, 2024

Tineco has been developing vacuum cleaners since 1998. The company produces decent machines for a reasonable price. The latest models are one of the smartest, longest-lasting, and most powerful cordless cleaners on the market.

Tineco also has a wet-dry vacuums lineup.

Breaking it into three categories would make it easier to differentiate the lineups

  • budget: A10, A11, A20, and A30S series
  • premium smart PURE ONE A50S, S11, and S15 series
  • station series

Tineco A10 vs. A11 vs. PWRHERO11 Snap vs. A20 vs. A30S

The A and PWRHERO11 Snap series are the cheapest lineup. Those are powerful cleaners made for hard floors and low-pile carpets. The A10 Essentials and A20 are not suitable for deep carpet cleaning but are great for surface cleaning.

Tineco A Series

The A series is a budget lineup that includes the A10 (with modifications), A11 (with modifications), PWRHERO 11 which is not available on Amazon, A20, and the A30S, the powerful one. The A series has wall-mounted storage.

Tineco A10 Essentials vs. A10 Hero

  • The Tineco A10 Essentials lacks a pre-filter cleaning tool & extra pre-filter and has a built-in battery.
  • The Tineco A10 Hero has a detachable battery and an additional hair-cleaning tool so it has the most value of all three.

For surface cleaning

Tineco A11 Series

The Tineco A11 lasts longer, has a bigger dustbin, and has more power. There are 4 modifications: Hero, Hero EX, Pet, and Pet Ex. The "Ex" means an extra battery in the box. Only the A11 Pet is available on Amazon.

The Tineco A11 Pet has more power to clean carpets so is a better pick over the budget A10 Essentials.

Tineco A20 vs. A30S

These are budget models with long battery life. Both have a large 1L dustbin.

The Tineco A20 is not as powerful and would be good for homes with no carpets. It is a cheap model for medium-sized homes with almost no carpets for quick cleanups.

The Tineco A30S tho is the most powerful in the budget lineup and has the longest battery life compared to the A11 Ex modifications that last about the same with two batteries in the box. It has iLOOP which means its sensors adjust suction levels in dirty areas, and it's all for under $200.

Tineco PURE ONE A50S vs. S11 vs. S15 Pet

The PURE ONE is a smart premium lineup with dust recognition, a display, a better filtration system, app support, and other smart features. It's a significant step up over the A10, A11, and A20 models.

Tineco PURE ONE A50S vs. PURE ONE S15 Pet detailed comparison

The premium Tineco PURE ONE lineup includes:

  • PURE ONE A50S
  • PURE ONE S11
  • PURE ONE S15 (with modifications)

What is an iLoop sensor?

With the iLoop sensor, the Tineco PURE ONE detects hidden dust and debris and automatically increases suction for the best cleaning results. All PURE ONE models have this sensor.

What is PureCyclone?

Powerfully separates air and dust to avoid pre-filter clogging and suction loss.

PURE ONE A50S

The PURE ONE A50S is the newest model in the series with a lot of power, new sensors that detect edges, a long-lasting battery, and a new 120° wide angel headlight we have seen in the PURE ONE Station 5.

Its foldable design allows reaching under furniture and better filtration makes the cleaner safer for everyone.

So we have a powerful cleaner with smart features that lacks an advanced display and app connection yet still a good buy for the price.

Tineco PURE ONE S11

The S11 is a significant improvement over the A11 Series with a newer cleaning head, iLOOP, app connection, and stronger suction.

It seems like the S11 has the same specifications as the S15 Pet but the two have a different accessory kit.

Also, the PURE ONE S11 has a basic display, an older-style cleaning head, 2 cleaning modes, and no ZeroTangle technology or PureCyclone.

With all that in mind, the PURE ONE A50S still looks like a better choice.

Tineco PURE ONE S15 series

Unlike the other models, this one has a standing charging station.

The Tineco PURE ONE S15 series is rich-featured with a vivid display, manual suction control, and a standing charging dock so you don't have to make holes in the wall to mount it.

The Tineco PURE ONE S15 is the high-top cleaner in the lineup

*None of the S15 series comes with a soft roller or an extra battery. The battery is available to buy on Amazon but a soft roller is not on sale for now.

PURE ONE Station series

These are the first vacuum cleaners with an auto-emptying system that keeps the vacuum clean longer and has advanced sealed filtration.

Less maintanance, smoother experience

The three models have a self-emptying station that sucks out the dustbin content once the sensors recognize a vacuum cleaner.

With Full Path Self-Clean, the OmniHub station cleans a brush, tube, filter, and dustbin. The self-cleaning cycle starts once the station detects a vacuum.

Tineco Pure ONE Station 5

The PURE ONE Station is not as smart, it has a single level of self-clean, is not compatible with the app, and does not include a FurFree kit.

However, it has ClogLess technology that is made for picking up even large debris, a 6-stage filtration, additional eco mode, and a new LightSence.

The cleaner is not connected to the app and has a smaller dustbin yet looks like a better-value pick over the PURE ONE Station. It lacks some accessories which lowers the cleaner's price which makes it an even better choice.

On the other hand, the PURE ONE Station has more power

PURE ONE Station FurFree

Comparing with the PURE ONE Station, the PURE ONE Station FurFree includes a FurFree kit, has better filtration, connects to the app, and detects how full the dustbin is to adjust the self-cleaning cycle.

The FurFree includes a brush for pets and is compatible with the app, unlike the PURE ONE Station which doesn't.

With fully-sealed filtration, the cleaner is ideal for allergy-sufferes

The station auto-adjusts self-cleaning time based on dustbin fill levels.

The PURE ONE Station modifications are the ideal machines for big homes with pets, are almost maintenance-free, and are suitable for any type of carpet.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. I live in a small apartment with one low-pile carpet and hard floors. I don't need a display. Which model shall I go for?

If you don't want to spend more on the PURE ONE series, have a look at the Tineco A10 Hero for $170 and get a soft roller separately for $79.99. It should work just fine on both your surfaces and you will not spend $350 on the Tineco A10 Master.

2. Do I have to continually press the power button to make it work?

The Tineco vacuums have a switch lock that holds the power button in the On position. You don't have to press the button as you vacuum.

3. Is the battery replaceable?

Yes, you can replace the battery when you want.

4. I live in a two-level house. One level is fully hard floors and I have high-pile carpets downstairs. Which model is the best for my scenario?

I would suggest getting the Tineco PURE ONE S12 PLUS as it has a soft roller for hard floors and is powerful enough to clean your high-pile carpets downstairs.

You still can get any other model of the PURE ONE S12 lineup but it wouldn't go with a soft roller that is ideal for hard flooring.

5. Can I use it on a wet floor?

The wet spills might cause motor damage so we do not recommend using the Tineco on a wet floor.

6. I only have carpets and one shaggy in my bedroom but I don't want to pay $700 for a vacuum. Which one can I buy?

You can get a PURE ONE S11. Those have one battery in the box so if your place is big you can get a second battery.

7. Does a vacuum stand on its own?

No, it does not. You can hang on a wall tho or use a Storehouse to store the vacuum.

8. Can I use the PURE ONE series without the app?

Yes, the app only shows cleaning performance and some additional things.

9. A small apartment with low-pile carpets. My budget is no more than $300. Which one can I get?

Have a look at the Tineco A11 Hero. It does the job on low-pile carpets and would not break your budget.

If you don't want to spend your time cleaning your home, consider buying a robot vacuum cleaner. A Roomba helps to keep your floors longer with almost no effort from your side. I would recommend checking out this Roomba comparison to find out which robot vacuum cleaner will suit your needs.
