How does it work?

An electric mop sucks up all kinds of debris and mops the floors simultaneously.

Once it happens to be on the charging station, it starts self-cleaning the roller to be ready for the next session.

The premium cleaners like the F25 use hot water for self-washing.

AI Enhanced SlideTech 2.0: The SlideTech 2.0 system has a built-in drive motor that provides exceptionally smooth movement even in sharp turns. The system intelligently detects the user's push and pull force and adjusts power assistance in real-time (Featured for the F25 ACE and F25 ALT).

The best: Roborock F25 Ace series

The Roborock F25 Ace series and F25 feature:

Pro-active self-washing. As you clean, the F25 series uses the DirTect module to detect the cleanliness level of the water, so it knows how much it should be self-cleaned, even before it is placed back in the dock.

DirtTect. The system senses dirty areas and adjusts settings automatically.

The Roborock F25 ACE has a solution dispenser and a triple-edge cleaning design that reaches corners at its max.

The cleaner lies flat to reach areas under furniture without losing suction.

The Roborock adjusts cleaning settings for dirty areas and features a distinct clean water tank design located at the device's bottom.

Thanks to AI wheel support, it is easy to maneuver and slide around the house.

The Combo modification includes a cordless vacuum and extra tools for above-the-floor cleaning.

Roborock F25

The cleaner lacks a detergent dispenser, WiFi support, and AI wheels support, which doesn't make it as maneuverable as the F25 ACE. It also has a Combo modification with a cordless vacuum in the box.

However, compared to the F25 ALT, the Roborock F25 features:

  1. Pro-active self-washing
  2. DirTect
  3. Bigger tank
  4. Lightweight

Mid class: Roborock F25 ALT

The F25 ALT is a cheaper option than the F25 ACE. It lacks some features of the premium ACE and has a lower price tag.

Unlike the Roborock F25, the F25 ALT has AI assistant wheels (AI Enhanced SlideTech 2.0) and a detergent dispenser.

Roborock F25 LT vs Roborock F25 RT

These two are the cheapest in the series. Both lack dirt detection, detergent dispenser, AI-supported wheels, pro-active self-washing, and app support.

The difference between the two is:

  1. The LT modification uses hot air and water to wash and dry the roller and has a bigger battery.
  2. The RT uses room temperature for washing and has a shorter battery life.

For a $20 difference, the F25 LT looks like a better buy.

Which one to buy?

Editor's choice: Roborock F25 ACE or a Combo modification if you need more

The Roborock F25 ALT if you need a detergent dispenser and a smoother movement, and the Roborock F25 is for dirt detection, which optimizes battery and active self-cleaning, which is only featured for the premium model.

The Roborock F25 LT is a cheaper alternative for the other three, but is still a solid buy.
