Both companies produce robot vacuums and cordless cleaners. Dyson has been on the market for a long time while Roborock is a new company.

The Dyson V11 is the most powerful cordless vacuum cleaner on the market so far but the Roborock H6 is the first cordless vacuum from the company.

Both cleaners are similar, they are HEPA, have strong suction, a display, and come with many extra attachments. Both can be stored on a wall too. With both cleaners, you can see the estimated cleaning time. Each of the cleaners senses carpets and boosts suction when recognizing one.

Battery Life

The Dyson is more convenient in terms of dust releasing and it also holds more. They have different types of battery, Li-Po, and Nickel Cobalt Aluminum. The Roborock lasts up to 90 minutes on one charge and is the longest-lasting cordless vacuum cleaner on the market. The Dyson gives you 70 minutes of continuous power which is considering its strong suction is impressive.

Battery life Dyson V11 vs. Roborock H6:

Low power (81 min vs. 90 min)

Med power (43 min vs. 45 min)

High power (10 min vs. 10 min)

In carpet boost mode, the Roborock lasts up to 13 minutes.

The difference in runtime depends on the cleaning tool attached

The Roborock also takes less time to recharge.

Weight

The Roborock only weighs 3 lbs which makes it the most lightweight cordless vacuum cleaner. The Dyson is twice as heavy and it is noticeable when cleaning for a long period of time.

Suction power and cleaning ability

The Dyson V11 is the most powerful cordless cleaner on the market, on Max settings it delivers 185 W of power and is stronger than most traditional vacuums. The Roborock has 140 W of power and it is a decent amount, only a few cleaners on the market are this powerful. In terms of cleaning ability, you will see the difference in deep high-pile carpet cleaning. When the Dyson needs one pass, the Roborock will need a few.

They both have a similar main cleaning head with stiff bristles that is capable of agitating dust and dirt on carpet. There is also a soft roller for hard floors which works flawlessly on bare flooring and is less noisy too. It can optionally be bought separately. The main cleaning brush is good on hard floors too but it struggles with bigger particles (on carpets its all good) and is a bit noisy.

The Roborock also has a trigger lock. You don't have to press the power button when cleaning like you would with the Dyson.

Another difference is the display. The Dyson has a big round screen. It shows the same information but is just bigger and has a different shape. The Roborock's screen is rectangle-shaped and smaller but does the same things.

To conclude:

The two have very similar cleaning performance. The Dyson is a bit more powerful and needs less time to deep clean a high-pile carpets but other than that, the Roborock performs just as good.

The Roborock H6 is a great cordless cleaner with lots of suction power and is good with pet hair, hard floors, and high-pile carpets. If you have a big area of hard flooring, we would recommend buying a soft roller (the same goes to the Dyson V11). If you don't want to spend more money on the Dyson, you can go with the Roborock and will not regret this.

If you need more power, better cleaning ability on high-pile carpets, and a bigger screen, go with the Dyson V11 Torque Drive.
